Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of OratoryLab and participation in our courses.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OratoryLab (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments and Refunds

Prices, fees, and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout. By purchasing a course, subscription, or other paid feature, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the selected payment method.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the purchased course has been completed. If content consumption exceeds this threshold, refunds may be denied except where required by law.

We may offer promotions, coupons, or trial periods. Terms for such offers will be specified at the time they are presented.

You agree to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not disrupt the learning experience for others. You must not copy, distribute, or exploit course materials except as explicitly allowed.

You may

  • Use course materials for your personal learning.
  • Participate in discussions respectfully.
  • Share feedback with us to improve the Service.

You may not

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service.
  • Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
  • Reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute course content without permission.

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other actions if we believe it is necessary to protect users, course integrity, or compliance with law.

Disclaimers

The Service and all courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Courses provide educational guidance and practice tools. Your progress depends on your effort, prior experience, and your context. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OratoryLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
